Kom de hele middag EN avond lekker dansen in de openlucht! Er zijn dit keer verschillende Cubaanse dj’s, Cubaanse animaties, een Rueda de Casino en live muziek van ¡Parece Picante!. Entree is gratis.

Rueda de Casino is a large circle where dozens of couples dance Cuban salsa in sync, constantly swapping partners based on the commands of a caller.
Cubanos Unidos is the night at Summer Breeze where the Cuban community and lovers of the Cuban dance style go all out. While at Summer Breeze usually play a mix of various Salsa and Latin styles, during the Cubanos Unidos editions, absolutely everything revolves around Cuba. It’s essentially a massive “I Love Cuba” reunion for enthusiasts. Supported by Salsiando, Sabor De Cuba, La Esquina Cubana, Ponche Cuban Dance, Okán Salsa, Pasión Habana, Henry Ramirez Music, Dance Star Events, Pasión Habana, Baila Bel Air, Salsa4Fun & Salsa Te Gusta, Latin World, Salsa.nl, CDC Dance Academy, Summer Breeze, WestWeelde & Vondelpark Openluchttheater Amsterdam.
¡Parece Picante! is an energetic salsa band from Amsterdam that specializes in Cuban timba and highly danceable salsa. They focus on vibrant live performances, with their main goal being to keep the dance floor bussy. The emphasis here is strongly on Cuban timba. The band consists of twelve musicians: a dynamic line-up featuring three vocalists, a solid 5-piece rhythm section, and a powerful 4-piece horn section. They draw their musical inspiration from legendary salsa and timba artists such as Los Van Van, Alexander Abreu (Havana d’Primera), Bamboleo, Maykel Blanco, and Elito Revé.
They regularly perform at various festivals and music venues throughout the Netherlands. Now, for the first time, they will also be playing at the Summer Breeze Latin Festival in the Vondelpark Open-Air Theatre in Amsterdam.
